Clan Registration
1. Setup
a. Friday- September 26th 12:00-6:00 PM
b. Saturday- September 27th- 6:00-8:00 AM
c. Location- Rabun County Civic Center, 201 W Savannah Street, Clayton, GA 30525
i. May use the main gate at civic center to pull down and unload at pavilions but need to have vehicles moved and parked at designated participant parking only for participants.
ii. The gate to the pavilions will close at 8:15 AM and all vehicles will need to be moved and parked at the Clayton City Hall Parking lots. Please save the public parking at the civic center for handicapped or spectators to the event. The gate will open back up at 5:00 PM to load.
2. Tent Spaces
a. All spaces will be assigned upon check-in. They will be clearly marked.
b. You are responsible for your own tables, chairs and tents.
c. Due to space limitations if you purchased more than one space, they will be side by side.
d. Spaces will either be along the hedge on level with the main field or up above on the opposite end.
e. Limited plugins are available along the main field but cannot interfere with the sound system for the announcer.
3. Event Day
a. September 27th, 9:00AM-5:00PM
b. All Vehicles must be out of pavilion area and parked in the designated parking lot across the footbridge at Clayton City Hall, 837 HWY 76 W, Clayton, GA, 30525
c. Each clan will be given 2 armbands for entry to the festival. Please understand that this is a charity event. Every dollar at the gate is going directly to Place of Hope North Georgia.
d. Opening Ceremonies will include clans that wish to march on the field.
e. Best Clan Tent- the most creative clan tent will be awarded along with the athletic awards at the end of the day.
f. No outside alcohol allowed.
g. No Pets
h. Refund Policy-No Refunds
i. Rain or Shine - After acceptance of application and payment, no refunds will be given unless event is cancelled by organizer. This event is being held as a charity fundraiser, and all net proceeds will be given to the Place of Hope North Georgia.
