Stone-lifting Athletic Registration

What: Open Men’s Stone lifting

Where: North Georgia Highland Games, 201 W Savannah Street, Clayton, GA. Parking will be Clayton City Hall across the creek from the pavilions.

When: September 27th, 2025 9AM-5PM

General Rules:

1. Be on the field and attend rules meeting by 9:30 AM

2. Sign a waiver

3. Wear a kilt

4. Compete in each event-Please no tacky or stick substances on stones

   1. Stone Putt 65lbs-Max Distance

   2. Stone Slab Carry TBD -Max Distance

   3. Ghillie Stone to Shoulder 199lbs-Max Reps 60 seconds-

   4. Ghillie Stone Press 194lbs-Max Reps 60 seconds

   5. Ghillie Stones Carry 199 and 214lbs-Max distance

5. No alcohol, smoking or foul language (There will be a large crowd watching)

6. No refunds

7. Athlete tents can be setup in athlete area and only immediate family members may be in athlete area
