


Vendor Registration-Additional 10x16 Space
Location: Rabun County Civic Center Pavilions - 201 West Savannah Street, Clayton, GA 30525
Event Time: Saturday, September 27th from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Set-up Time: Friday, September 26th 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM and September 27th 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Pavilion Booths: $50 each-10×16 Concrete Pad
Additional Space- Must be purchased at same rate as original space. Just add more to your cart.
Booth Information and Rules
• Vendor-Food Vendors Must Contact Directly before registering
• Do not have to be Scottish, but highly encouraged to decorate or sell Scottish items.
• Be family friendly.
• Follow applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the City of Clayton, Rabun County, and Georgia.
• Be set up and ready to go by 9 AM and remain set up until 5 PM on the day of the event.
• May use the main gate at civic center to pull down and unload at pavilions but need to have vehicles moved and parked at designated participant parking only for participants.
• The gate to the pavilions will close at 8:15 AM and all vehicles will need to be moved and parked at the Clayton City Hall Parking lots. Please save the public parking at the civic center for handicapped or spectators to the event. The gate will open back up at 5:00 PM to load.
• Please do not hang anything via nails, screws, or any adhesive to any structure.
• No tents under the pavilions. Can use frame without canopy to hang merchandise. Tent must not extend booth lines.
• Must provide own tables and chairs
• Must accurately represent their goods or services in the application.
• Submitting of application does not guarantee approval of acceptance as a vendor but does represent vendor agreement to the event rules.
• Charitable Organizations
• Must prove 501c3 status when requesting booth space for no charge.
• Will be assigned booth space in the pavilion and must adhere to all rules for other vendors.
• Any sales of goods or services must be preapproved by the event organizer and not in direct conflict with another vendor.
• Event Organizer
• Reserves the right to refuse any application and refund money prior to event, and request any vendor or group not following rules to leave the day of event with no refund.
• Will provide onsite security.
• Will assign booth locations and parking areas.
• No public WIFI is provided for credit or debit card machines.
• Refund Policy-No Refunds
• Rain or Shine - After acceptance of application and payment, no refunds will be given unless event is cancelled by organizer. This event is being held as a charity fundraiser, and all net proceeds will be given to the designated charity.
